By Brandon Bennett STURGIS— The grand finale to the Sturgis Mustang Rally was the parade going west on Main Street. Hundreds of ‘Stangs drove down the main drag, and some raced their engines in front of the Loud American for the Loud Pipes Contest. Patty Sanders, Brandi Smith, Jess Price and Maggie Bearer were the judges. We asked them, besides decibels, what were they looking for in a Mustang? “We look for sound that reaches into your soul, that brings goose bumps to your skin and moves you,” they all said almost at once.
